All timers, meal plans, nutritional estimates, and workout plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are estimates only. Focovi LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any content before acting on it.

3. No Professional Advice

Focovi does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or fitness advice. Content is for informational and timing purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, diet, or exercise routine.

4. Assumption of Risk

Use of this app in connection with physical exercise or cooking involves inherent risks. You assume all risk of injury, illness, allergic reaction, or property damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focovi LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content, including without limitation personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or financial loss. This limitation applies even if Focovi LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Focovi. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
